Race Organisers Checklist
For your information…

Due to the popularity of our centre, Avago karting runs a very tight schedule so as to accommodate as many drivers as possible. It is therefore, very important that your drivers turn up on time. Any competitor turning up after the safety briefing has started will not be allowed to race. It may be prudent to provide your drivers with a copy of the map and directions available here on this site for both our venues. All participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointed start time.

Race suits, helmets and gloves are all provided for you in a variety of sizes. Please note that drivers wishing to bring their own helmets should be aware that we can only accept type A & B full face helmets. Moto X helmets must also have goggles. Spectators are welcome, there is no charge.

We recommend that you wear soft shoes. Trainers are ideal.

Our caterers can provide your group with an excellent range of food and refreshments. Please feel free to contact us on 01709 578707 to discuss your catering requirements if needed.

All monies must be settled on the evening. All deposits are non refundable. If any additional drivers turn up, they can pay by cash, credit/debit card, company cheque or a personal cheque with the appropriate guarantee card.

If you are taking part in a Team Endurance Event, it would be very much appreciated if you could furnish us with your team names – humorous ones please! – in advance.

Go karting is not recommended for persons with heart problems, epilepsy or other conditions, which may be affected by exertion.

Avago Karting is committed to ensuring that our customers are well attended to. If for any reason you find our service less than satisfactory, please let us know. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and will help us improve the quality of our services at Avago Karting.

If you require any further information please contact us on 01709 578707 or via our contact details provided at the foot of this page.
